Originally the mc only had one sex partner but once he realizes his attraction towards a weirdo nerd with a bod—he asked him if he wanted to become sex partners. I should say mc is just coping (with sex) from a very bad break up from a hs sweetheart which closed his heart up and stopped him from wanting to love/date again.
