And if he use it, his location might be expose and there's a chance he would die, he's not that strong yet to fight them.. also the reason he wanted to build because he wants to have his own world and peace where he could do whatever he want, since he was bullied before and treated like shit his life was boring and he only plays games to pass time (that's what he thought) ^^

And honestly, world building doesn't even make any sense. All the deets came rushing all at once so i don't exactly get any shit or what's going on aside from the fact that the MC is getting pursued.
But well, i do hope things will make sense in the end. i'll give this a chance since this manhwa started with the war going on, the mc wouldn't have the chance to strengthen his skill or become strong. I don't expect much but i really hope the incoming chapters will explain all the missing deets
