Not just about him getting better. It’s that he ends up with his victim too. And he still pretty much has the same mentality as he did at the start. And let’s not forget how brutal the rape was too. And not just once.
I guess I’m in the minority here but I just can’t get over the beginning. The rape. Every time I see his face that’s what i think of. And I think that’s how it should be, right? Just because your abuser and rapist apologizes doesn’t mean you start building a life with them. And it really seemed like part of the ukes reason for staying was because he had no other options.
