I don't know about *future* developments, but if you want to know about what already happened, then yes, the first one happened, but Seth managed to persuade Osiris not to continue with that, and the Osiris ATE the thing that was supposed to make Seth pregnant, so unless he has more of that hidden, Osiris lost that "opportunity".
The thing about Isis putting Horus' semen in a leaf is from the real world ancient myth, not from this story.

Ok, but, BE WARNED: it's the beginning of one of the worst 'sexual abuse' arcs in this story (showing sexual abuse in all its horridness, really graphic and horrible, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED).... It's explained in chap 41 and shown in chapter 42
And I MEAN IT, it's a horrible part to read (it's not romanticised, it shows rape in all it's crushing ugliness). Those chapters leave even seasoned readers TRAUMATIZED. Tread very, VERY, carefully. I'm NOT exaggerating
i read a thread where it said even tho osiris made sure seth was infertile, he did something on seth's body that could make him pregnant (like of a women) so that osiris and seth can have a child.
On another thread however it said since isis is the god of miracle, she made seth eat horus's semen wrapped in some sort of leaf ( i might be completely off grid coz the person who wrote this, they english wasn’t very good) so that horus and seth could have an offspring.
