Just butting in to say that there are different types of polyamorous relationships. Its not a monolith. Its been a while so I dont know the specifics, but iirc a 'closed poly' relationship allows an individual to have 2 or more partners that aren't attracted to each other at all. Basically, thats like if Toono dated both Kashima and Yaguchi, but the 2 cousins wouldn't have any relation with each other. On the other hand, theres an 'open poly' relationship wherein all individuals are attracted to one another, in this case, that'd be if Yaguchi, Kashima and Toono were all boyfriends with each other (personally not into it but it can work for incest lovers).
