I doubt it. I'm a chronic yapper and char count has never been a problem.

Yes actually! Think you just solved my problem bc I went back and checked and all of those I had put a "/" in. But I tried removing it and it still happens so I'm not sure :/

Did you try manually deactivating the "only visible to myself" before resubmitting? It won't get automatically deactivated.

What did you change the "x/y" format to? Because "x/ y" also doesn't work.

Okay so hey it's been a while but I figured out what else was causing it, it's specifically the characters "w w w" put together, think eww with another w (Also tried other three chara combos and it didn't happen, also tried adding and reducing certain total # of characters, also tried taking out other special characters like quotation marks, etc etc). Surprisingly not my yapping, which I kinda knew wasn't the case bc I had yapped wayyy more before and it didn't do the thing. But yeah I'm guessing it's just to prevent people from sharing links. This has been lowkey stuck on my mind a while even after I posted this and I'd kinda been passively trying to figure it out so phew I'm glad I cracked the case.

I didn't think it might be because of links but that makes so much sense with the slashes too. Yeah I had my doubts about char limit too but I was out of ideas. Thanks for sharing, you might've saved me a future headache.
