You know, some thins just change. I started reading in primary school like.. 6/7 yrs ago and now I'm studying at uni. I don't read as much as I used to and it's fine. You need to accept that u are changing. You still can like your old animes and mangas etc, but you don't have to start new ones, only if u want to. I visit this site daily but I'm not that committed to it. I like to read or just scroll old yaois especially and sometimes a new ones and it still gives me fun and joy but not I the same amount as it used to. And it's fine. I still love reading yaois but now it's more related to my memories and also now there are not as much good yaois as there used to be. So don't worry !

I like to read. Reading is my main hobby. But if you oversaturate a genre then it'll seem like a chore or all the plots begin to look the same. That's why when I read, I usually have about 7 tabs active on my tablet. The first 4 are manga/manhwa/manhua and the last 3 are novels. Each one is open to a different genre or sub-genre, so I read around until something that catches my interest.

I m still stuck to yaoi like 10 years now i started anime too in 2015 but I got bored and my whole focus shifted to yaoi now , I can never get bored of yaoi i do sometimes but when I read straight romantic stories I drop them half way and then proceed to read yaoi again , I can say I do love reading seinen plots too for action purpose other than that i haven't got bored of yaoi genre but yah i sub divided yaoi stories now i hate seeing twink uke's I love manly bufy uke's and pretty seme's. I just don't read every yaoi now like I used to I look up to my interest.
To those who have been actively read for more than 5 years or just a long peiod of time, how do you keep your interest with reading? My journey was watching anime from 2015 until 2021, to reading manhwa/hua/ga at 2019 until now. But reading phase is starting to get boring like I'm rereading the old one instead of new one and im getting lazy to read new updated chapters but I still enter this site daily, it's almost the same with anime where I watch it every week then slowly shift to manhwa but now I don't know. Novel is good but it's such a commitment to do
