Right!!!! I legit hate how mostly every manhwa/manga does this. They pull the "were family card", and its the most vile action ever done.

She UNKNOWINGLY did. As far as i remember the bastard just asked her to call her sister back in return to give her money. And because they need money that time, they followed without any questions. The only fault they have is they are too naive. But can't really blame them at all. They are desperate , she needs money to cure her illness and she doesn't have any ways to gather more money and she trusted that her sister doesn't have enemies and who expect an unknown man will knock to their door just to make them write a letter? They may really cause her sister's death but i understand mary for saying that "they are family" she is the only maternal blood relative of briel and briel is her only blood relative left.
