I’m ngl I agree with guwon. You’re on an apocalypse where now things have become scarce and medicine can no longer be manufactured.
1. Women and children being top priority for medicine would be best but ONLY if they really need it.
2. They literally have to be on the brink of death.
YES it’s sad the kid could die but he isn’t wrong for wanting to withhold the medicine as he has to make difficult decisions AS the leader so things don’t fall into anarchy..
