If only the FL could finally realise his feelings for her...My poor boy is trying his best to express himself and be proactive but FL always misunderstands his intentions lmao I am usually a fan of slow burn romance but here it's just going so slow way too slow (￣∇￣")
Ofc I do get that the main focus of the story is about the contest and succession and the trials are really interesting too but I just can't help but feel for my guy Doha everytime he shows up like a lovesick puppy...In that aspect he is definitely more like his father lol (≧∀≦)

I am currently almost done now haha When you sent the reply I was at chapter 75 and yet I managed to marathon through it and reach chapter 102 already! Thanks to your positive and encouraging words! Btw the confession scene with her jumping in his arms I bawled my eyes! It was so beautiful, so sweet, so satisfying to witness!! The latest chapters served all the angst deep heart fluttering romantic scenes i wanted! I am soo satisfied rn!!

What was the manhwa artist thinking? Or is he gonna come back to life somehow?? I really won't continue this is my Doha is gone...I wanted the FL to choose him and leave a romance like the emperor's but with a happy ending this time...Did she at least have a romantic development with him before dying? I would read at least for their scenes then...
Honestly Hamil and Biseol were never a choice for me...Hamil was too obsessive and wolf in sheep's clothing kinda guy and Biseol was also too possessive and though his backstory was a sad one I just can't see him as love interest, I just hope he stays a good friend/aide to our FL. Only Doha seemed the right choice and yet... I really need answers author ╥﹏╥
