i just reread all 40 chapters and i have to say i disagree with the points you made.

well, yeah. they’re grown adults. why should they hold off on having sex with other people if they aren’t in a exclusive relationship? i don’t think that’s a good reason for saying they’re not good picks. a lot of people in the world will not be a virgin when you date them, that doesn’t automatically make them bad partners. that kind of thing isn’t realistic.

the omega didn’t want to have sex with the prosecutor first, not the white haired. he willingly agreed to have sex with the white haired guy because he needed to sneak the drugs into prison. when he had sex with the prosecutor, there was a warning at the top for coerced consent AND the omega explicitly said “no” throughout the chapter. however, with the white haired guy, he was going to stop because the omega was going to passed out but omega wanted to continue having sex with him. not to mention, during sex the white haired guy made sure the omega was comfortable and prepped before inserting him, he even used a makeshift depth limiter because he knew the omega was a virgin. the prosecutor didn’t do any of those things.
as for confessing feelings, it was implied that the white haired guy had feelings for the omega since the beginning. despite all his perverse behavior and tendencies, he showed that he cared very much for the omega by trying to change his mind about the drug mission to following him to prison because he was worried abt him. even when he was dealing drugs in the prison, he was telling the alpha inmates not to mess with him and this was BEFORE he found out he was pregnant. while with the prosecutor, he only wants the omega because he’s pregnant, and he’s trying to get a way to get out of the marriage agreement his father set him up for. he literally said his father can’t reject him because he’s pregnant with “his” child. he only confessed his feelings because it was beneficial to him.
and with the omega, it’s implied that he also has feelings for the white haired guy so i’m strongly guessing they’re end game

He actually told the white hair man no and to remove his fingers from him. From how people view that in irl consent if changed half way no consent. The definition of r-ing someone is to out something inside someone against their will. So if he said stop or remove but white hair didn't it's sexual assault.
If you liked someone in beginning but told them late that's still confessing your feelings late you didn't say it right then and there. A lot could have been prevented he spoken up from beginning but didn't. Omega was clueless on the white hair liking him. The English translation I know doesn't help because with it in original language things are definitely worded differently but, he agreed to smuggle in the drugs yes, he didn't need to sleep with him after getting them inside the Omega. That was 100% unnecessary.
Even if he liked him that was a opportunity for him it still doesn't mean he didn't to do that. His relationship should been different he just confessed in beginning.
Now again neither are a good pick. Omega needs a new fresh new start honestly with someone else. He only felt inclined say his feelings too to omega the white hair because he found out he was pregnant. If he never did I doubt he'd have ever said anything. It would have been much much much later in the story probably if he ever caught him and the black hair together than jealousy would have come to him.
