i think people are getting triggered by their own past relationships or attachment styles but like u said love isn’t straightforward and we are all still people!!! i wish more people realized that love and being a good partner is hard but as long as you communicate and have trust it will be okay
oh i get that too! it's just that comments are so out of proportion like it would've benn fine if they said rou is dumb and insensitive but most doesn't seem like they even actually read the whole thing i just think author really wrote their story well!!

the idea of love isnt that straightforward and there are all kinds of people. this story is about rou learning to what boundaries actually are and setting them when he thought that just being transparent was enough and yoshino learning to speak up for himself when he actually feels uncomfortable instead of just putting the issue under the rug.
they matured so well while this being their first real relationship. love is not so black and white that someone making a mistake is red flag!! why is there no space for learning and making mistakes anymore especially if they realized what they did wrong is so set on making it right
