Σ(っ°Д °;)っ it's about FL who was described as ugly ( has freckles? or scars) was sold to a wealthy family and has to serve the ML who was blind? And was isolated in a room... i remember a scene where they fought in bed and trying to change clothes or when FL reading a book to the ML but said it was boring.. she ended up reading a children's book.
