Well, Touka is definitely extremely pregnant

Well, she is definitely pregnant. This will be the first baby born from a ghoul mother and previously human father so she has to eat human food like Eto's mom had to eat human flesh. On the bright side, Touka is sort of used to eating human food due to Yoriko but add all the morning sickness of being pregnant. SUPER AT RISK PREGNANCY. Plus, she's eating Kaneki's favorite food before he became a ghoul. Also, Mutsuki is just a terrible being...like an uber bitch.

Isn't because they cannot find that many human flesh to eat anymore? I am sure the baby has been affected with Kaneki's rc cell in his genetic but yeah, there are probably still some little portions of humans in it too. Nonetheless, they still has to keep the baby alive by eating whatever. I hope the baby won't reject it through its system.

I don't believe that Kaneki's DNA has been alter since he is an artificial half-ghoul by a organ transplant so his child with Touka will most likely be half human-half ghoul unless ishida says otherwise. So, Touka can't eat whatever she wants because she has to give prper nutrients to the fetus, in order to keep her from consuming her own baby, she has to consume human food so the fetus can live. So, she's going to be sick and weak throughout her pregnancy

I'm sorry but I don't think the transplant affect his DNA, rather it's his rc factors. Every individual has rc cells in their bodies, it just the levels of it that differ between a human and a ghoul. Kaneki's rc levels must've multiplied significantly throughout the story and Touka's obviously high since she's a ghoul. So when Itori asked that if both parents with high rc factors might affect the unborn child, doesn't that just simply mean that the baby will inherit its parents' rc factors? Yes, of course. But what about Kaneki's case? I know he's a man-made ghoul but his rc cells are legit, right? There's no such thing as artificial rc cells? I could be wrong though.

This has been bothering me like crazy. I hope someone can clarify this for me. Sorry for the trouble.
