Lilith reversed the time for her mom bcz bcz when she knew what happened she asked the spirits to let her reverse the time and a way how her mom could know to run away . And surprise surprise she was reborn to see that she was again born .. so she was like did my mom like not run away ..? And damn now she has to live again but then she heard her own mom alive and well and is rejoiced to see her . And so is lily but she knows what her daughter did for her and is thankful but decides and asks if she could erase her daughters memories since 500 years worth of memories ruin this lifetime and her memories are erased. And yes they have another son in this timeline too since there was no miscarriage (also to clear doubt s the emperor never forced himself on her she faked her health report bcz she wanted a child then and emperor did love her in last life bcz he was so sad when he looked at Lilith sometime , and he looked lonely as well) enough from past . They do clear misunderstanding later on .
