I would say he is. The reason why he's so reluctant and pushing sa yan away before this is bcs he deeply believe that the feelings wont stay the same, but after ten years living with sa yan and he keeps on showering ilic with affection non-stop, ilic finally let his guard down and accept sa yan's affection and obsessive nature
