I haven't read the novel but judging by his little grins everytime he gets him all riled up and all of the attention he gives him he's definitely not being just nice, I'm not 100% sure but he looks like he's already conscious of his feelings.
Sunbae likes Wooyeon. He's just.....being a little smug as the older one? Letting their relationship develop over time. He definitely wouldn't have taken any other junior to the movies. He's kind but not really warm or giving, more cool with others.
