In the novel (slight novel spoilers I guess????) the teleporter forces the unknown guide to give him a blowjob in front of Jaechan. It's graphic (sort of) but a fairly disgusting scene to read. Personally, it adds nothing except for the knowledge that the teleporter is a worthless piece of shit. Which we kinda already knew.
