You would have to read "Master , Please leave a mark" to understand why he goes into heat. If you haven't done so yet. He was poisoned or something by some type of chemical while being tortured in the other story. This lead to him being in heat every so often and the Jooeon is the Chairman of the company from where said chemical came from so he is trying to help him so Pilsang doesn't die because of this weird heat he goes through.
