Exactly that, she was born with a weak constitution, probably has a weak immune system as she can get sick from street food

I think Karina takes precedent cause her sister can live just fine if she fucking listens to what others say but then again that's hypocritical of me cause I barely follow my own health needs
Not that I'm implying her sickness isn't important as I have my fair share of health problems that get me specific doctor appointments but still....its just misery for Karina left n right
