It’s because in those other stories, the uke is more nonchalant about it and goes “wow this ain’t so bad”. This dude is crying, sobbing, traumatized, telling him to stop constantly. And the top is degrading him, gaslighting him, insulting him. It’s more psychological horror than BL.
yep totally agree ! even in others story when the uke is constantly being abuse much more worse than this usually him actually deserve it or the uke is a jerk...but in this..the uke just wants to cure his condition and achive his dreams not him to be rape or get public humiliate....i feel really offended at the medical seminar scene when bunch of doc assault uke as medical practice stunt it soo disgusting...smh

This is first time that i feel 'disgusted' while reading....tbh i have read many that are much WORSE than this...but i never feel bad while reading lol...but this is first time i stop reading at an early chapter cuz i feel this is wrong..i guess this time my moral compass is working lol
