I didn't read everything of the next arc, but as far as I remember the 2ML kidnaps the MC to another country, where MC finds his lost brother. Things happen and 1ML finds MC and he is already nuts, but a fight breaks out as 1ML was trying to get MC back, and 2ML makes MC brother hostage, so MC goes with 2ML again and abandons 1ML, making him more crazy. As far as I remember, the next arc is a whole chasing arc again but this time, 1ML confines MC and I stopped reading in that part, but I believe there is pretty nasty torture.
