At this point in story it can be healed to how it was when he was first injured. Didn't read the whole novel but came to a point where the injury is not as bad / actually helpful so yea. It's not that bad.
Yuder was injured by the red stone if you've read the previous chapters, Kishiar noticed that his hands turn purple at first then healed it but not completely. So basically the wound from the red stone will spread each time Yuder uses his powers so yeah.

Kishiar couldn't heal it fully, just bits by bits and he is currently finding a way to heal the wound.
