Cuz the only involvement he had in the plot of the og story was as the crown prince’s information broker. Usually he wouldn’t have even went to school (he usually bribes them to overlook his absence), and the og story mainly takes place at the school, therefore that’s why he wouldn’t have showed up in the og story. Not to mention in the og story wasn’t even finished so maybe he would’ve made an appearance later when things got too serious.

Also I'm confused why there isn't much mention of isidor on the original novel.. the first time mc heard his name, she had no clue who that was. Why would the og author not mention his name when he's supposed to be this bigshot hottie?? Or maybe the author is pulling crap out of their ass
