Finally. Someone who said this. I keep on seeing so many positive comments., I started wondering whether I'm the only one who thinks everything is going wrong in the story. The m-i-l suddenly turning 360°, that woman who was so suspicious from the start, idfk whatever happened with brother-in- law, the kids talk like they are 20 or something- forced romance for the kids, the endless plots .
The story started great and just left me annoyed at the end
I honestly gave this manhwa more chances than it deserved. I was willing to ignore the subpar art because the premise had promise — I thought it would build into something deeper. But by the middle, everything started unraveling. The plot lost direction, character motivations made no sense, and it felt like the emotional core was just tossed aside. Then came that ending… the Alpha’s kid knocks him out, and somehow that triggers a full memory recovery within seconds? Seriously? It was the kind of overused, shallow twist you'd expect from a rushed webcomic with no plan. It completely killed any emotional impact that moment could have had. What started as a story with potential ended in a lazy, unearned wrap-up that left me more annoyed than anything. I finished it out of obligation — not satisfaction
