No hating cuz that just means how well written he is. Just because he's a bad guy doesn't mean he's not well written. You know damn well a character is well written when you hate on him even though you know it's fictional
Call me toxic or whatever but I just like how realistically the author portrayed the character of Mincheol irl. This exactly an example of what a man will do if they were in that situation (not all, but majority). I also like how his character is so well written where he's so genuine before reality and adulthood slap him hard. He genuinely loves Haesoo and wanted to build a loving home but reality is a bitch so they gave them a lot of debt and made Haesoo miscarriage. And while all of that is happening, they didn't give them a fantasy life where everything will be ok coz they both loved each other and that's all that matters. Though I hate Mincheol coz he's a cheater and an abuser, I actually like his character ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
