This is more of a lack of transparency and trust problem more than anything.

A miscommunication trope isn't for them PLEASE! THEY NEED TO TALK THIS SHIT OUT, THEN KISS, THEN GET MARRIED, THEN HAVE THEIR OWN FAMILY, AND GROW OLD TOGETHER FOREVER!!!!
