Looking for a manga

Hey guys I need help looking for a specific manga (i can't remember the title). So its a bl/yaoi, where it starts as them living together and being fwb of some sorts. The story goes where in flashbacks from high school the seme was in a school accident (falling from stairs or smth) and was badly injured so he couldn't continue his dream to play football. The uke then blames himself for this so he proposes to take care of him until his leg heals. Well this goes on for many years until we go back to present time where they're living together but it's out of obligation for the uke. Anyway it's a really heavy manga but i loved it and now im regretting not saving it
