Yeah the temple is probably using her/holding her captive. I bet that high priest/pope guy working with the prince also did experiments on the MC when she was young that’s why she has strong holy powers, which probably resulted in her heart condition
I think Leo is the son of the Duke's older sister with the crown prince she went with on the battlefield and because he's a heir to throne, the current prince is targeting him?
