i have two on my phone theyre called
Tap translate and Instant Translate.

they work like taking a screenshot of your screen and translating what's there. some would be better if translated zoomed in.(they have ads tho after every few screen translate.if you dont buy their premium stuff)

i use them (specificaly instant translate i bought their premium) when i have manga i want to read that's in a diff language. I'd zoom in more closely as well if it's not too understandable so they could better translate it.

but do know that chinese is a really hard language to translate automatically in mtl especially if there's lots of jargon / lingo they dont usually use.

that's why some would put translator notes for more context clues.
if you want that try google translate to also check on how you read the pronounciation of those specific words so that maybe you've already encountered it before
