I am certain that Nanjo subconsciously called out Mokyeon’s name when Mok repeatedly asked Sunhwa to call out his name. It’d be insane to miss out on this detail, you could see Nanjo interrupted them not because he cares about Sunhwa but he was jealous. He cleverly concealed his emotions as he picked the twink into his arms, further complicating the situation with Mokyeon believing that Nanjo loves the twink.
