Melon bread is apparently super popular in Korea, so maybe that’s why it’s showing up as melon brioche here. Apparently, melon is one of the best fruits for summer in Korea. Maybe it tastes really sweet and refreshing there?

If you're talking about melons from the US, I will agree that most are flavorless. That may not be the case for varieties grown in Korea.
Anyway it’s a pastry shop, not a bread one duh
Every time they mention melon brioche I cringe. It just seems like a really gross flavour for a bread.
