Yoai mostly focuses on sexual things such a s3x while shounen Ai is more of romantic stuff.
Oop- quick correction yaoi has sexual stuff while shounen Ai is just pure romantic stuff and shit that's why there's no s3x scene's in shounen Ai

I actually don't know but I think it's shounen Ai since the kissing part is blurred cuz there's something that's covering them up(⊙…⊙ )
Maybe since it has smut scenes, they labelled it as yaoi. However, since they’re censored, like you wont see them “explicitly” getting dck down they would label it as shounen ai. Like the sexy scenes are very non graphic. Personally, when it comes to manhua, I always consider it is shounen ai since the sexual content are implicit due to censorship
