Regarding what would you say?

If it's regarding the button, i think it's just to symbolize him wanting to hold onto Soohyun for his own benefit and him having a liking to him but him being sensible so doesn't try to hold onto him with threat. I think overall, minseok is what the old creepy guy should've been as a mentor, someone who is genuinely good at his work than the juniors, opportunistic and trying to grab onto smart individuals but not with force and at the end of the having that basic human respect.
