I didn't get chapter 4 page 23-24 actually wtf, no matter how much i reread i just dont get it

It turns out that his classmates actually really appreciate him and wouldn't have judged him... which the seme overheard, thus already knew. And the razor... well... the son of a bitch psychopath didn't have any problem, just shaved.
