I find it extremely funny how people on this website love or see in a less awful light manhwas like Jinx, Painter of the Night or fucking Mr.A’s farm, there’s literally rape on all of those and the only difference is how the manhwa is narrated. Which is perfectly fine!! But they can’t fucking see that, what they don’t like about this one is how it’s narrated. The rape isn’t the actual problem they just don’t like the narration. Jinx is rape. Putting someone in a situation where they are under pressure to consent, because Dan needs the money desperately and *cannot* say no, means he cannot actually consent. Even if he says yes. Even if he didn’t initially know Dan was struggling, he still forced him. Ignoring him saying no or stop or wait during sex? That’s rape. The time he used sensory deprivation play to expose Dan to someone without Dan knowing? Sexual assault.
