Are you for real? There are people are like this?? I thought it was just an exaggeration.
Oh hun it is definitely like this. And I know folks act like this on purpose to get a rise out of people. As someone that used to work retail I ran across the rudest customers. Dealt with people who got mad at me when I caught THEM stealing. I went off on that person once. I stopped working retail last year and I haven't looked back since. Less stress on my shoulders
They 100% do exist and it's so exhausting because you can never tell them off
Right! I don't do retail anymore, or hardly any customer service anymore and it was the best decision I've ever made.
Oh my goodness I hate customers like this!!!! The amount of times this happened to me is crazy, never again will I work in customer service
