You have a text box above the suggested tags where you can type it in. Important is that sounds click enter each time you type it otherwise it won’t be added as a tag (it will turn light blue to show it turned into a tag and the text box will be empty again for another tag to be added). Make sure to save them at the bottom right otherwise your changes won’t show up either

I'm pretty sure you just can't do that on a phone. I've tried but it doesn't work. You need to open the site on a computer.

It doesn't unfortunately I personally write the tags I wanna add in the description then mass add them when I happen to use my PC.
