My theory is still on revenge

In early chapter we see Ted want revenge from woodvilles by destroying both daughter, in chapter 18 we see fl brother die from horse fal.
My theory is ted is the lover of fl brother and father plan for his son's death for saving their reputation, so Ted want to destroy woodvilles
Or maybe Ted is related to fl brother lover

Because of this theory I never hate Ted but I know he is not justified as he also harm innocent like fl not confirmed about mother.
