It is about a girl who loves technology, extremely loves it and then she dies. She reincarnates 300 years later as an android. I think she had green hair. And there were also bad androids but she used to be human so she is on the human/ good guy side.
I read it years ago and didn't save it. I also can't remember what the cover looks like.
