One of the big signs of pregnancy in female rabbits is when their breasts/nipples/teats grow and get bigger and may become tender and uncomfortable for the rabbit.
Well damn, I had no idea rabbits got tlike that when they're pregnant. It makes sense why that would happen to him, but the only reason the author used it was bc it was kinky, not because they wanted to follow reality for a bit, and it shows. Not that i'm judging or anything, but I just find stuff like that uncomfortable and honestly traumatizing for the mc.
