No, he never cheated on her in the other three lives only on the current one, 4th, and only because she was the master mind behind it all so she can divorce him later in the future. All the other three lives, he was in love with her, married her on the first but was killed, lost her on the second because she chose the prince and lost her on the third because she eloped with the painter. But every life, he chose her and only her. He didn't marry anyone else in the 2nd and 3rd. As for Emiliano, he chose to keep his memories so that he doesn't chose her again in the next life and promised not to be with her to the gods. But coward as he is, he still says he loves her. But it's the opposite for Carcel, he chose to not keep his memories because he said he's confident he'll fall in love with her again in the next life. If Ires didn't intervene with trying to fall into cheating, I'm sure he would have been just as faithful like the other lives.
