Only recently has the first guy couple in Japan be allowed to adopt. And homosexual marriage is only possible in one area of Tokyo. (=・ω・=)
Because this isn't the usa or the west unfortunately ? Gay marriage isn't allowed, homosexual "partnership" is possible in only some cities.
Adoption is seriously difficult in Japan even for married straight couple so let's not even talk about gay couples.
They could always fake it lol that's what I'd do I get a woman who was gay and "marry" her
