It's such a shame to her character, even with how she's 10x more interesting than the mc, her inner thoughts are hidden from us and all we have are speculations and assumptions from mc. I feel like Ophelia could be so much more

Not an insult to this particular manhwa, but I just find it interesting that complex female characters are introduced and then almost immediately replaced by more palatable, average romance/fantasy protagonist, in a way stripping all of the consequences and emotions she would show if that was the real Ophelia were aware of a future where she does many evil things in the hopes of love and is hung. Idk like, complex female character replaced by 2d cookie-cutter fmc so the author doesn't have to show all the nitty gritty dark emotions a women can show
