It's volume 8 in the novel where the climax happens in the palace where they meet again and since karas thinks Abel is dead again he is out of his mind, and to not trigger it Abel hides the fact that he is alive.
So we gotta wait till we reach the castle ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Damn! Although I can understand Abel logically,sill feel frustrated.Why does he always hide the fact that he is alive? He is always trying to protect ML.But I guess that protection means physically not included mentally
