Yaoi manga told from the younger brother's point of view. The older brother has a lot of stress because of the sick grandma and single parent household. Younger brother realizes older one is gay (no incest). At the end you realize the younger brother is telling his fiance about his older brother and says "I'm proud to have a gay older brother."
