It's unlikely there's gonna be a mature version, but the manhwa is really sweet! I'd say it's definitely worth the read. The main couple is very healthy, a few misunderstandings but they fix quite quickly so the author doesn't drag them into arcs

I also want to add on to your comment that the sides stories have R19 scenes in them btw but yeah the main story will stay R15
