Let's talk about the novel?!?!

I went from dying laughing in the manhwa to holding back tears in the novel THIS SHIT (affectionately) IS TRAUMATIZINGGGGG
(Everything turns out well, don't worry)
It turned out to be so much deeper and sometimes tragic/gruesome than I expected!!
(beware of spoilers from the novel that may influence your reading of the manhwa! Stop if you want to find out for yourself
- FL continues to relive her trauma about her father
- The brothers' pasts are all tragic, but especially Heyman's past as an experimental subject (even his freaking eye was stabbed for the experiment to be a success AAAAAAAAAAAA)
- The Duke finding out she's not Soleia, not accepting that his daughter is dead, going crazy, deciding he was gonna expel FL from his daughter's body to have her back (while being mentally manipulated but still, there was some truth to it), realizes afterwards that his daughter will never come back and that he killed his second daughter with his own hands, going EVEN MORE crazy and depressed (they got back to being a happy family, don't worry)
- FL spending HUNDREDS of (mental) years in a nightmare the antagonist created, involving her real father and then growing old in the new world as a spirit, without anyone seeing her, not being able to eat and drink etc.
- FL disappearing from the family and coming back amnesiac and mentally fucked up because of this (she got better) with the severed head of the antagonist (all bloody and riding a dragon, she's SO badass ). It was also described how she killed him: organs flowing out, severing the head step-by-step with him still being alive and all?!
- Random gruesome stuff like the duke's arm being severed trying to reach her while trying to get her back home (he got healed), or Don (the ex slave) suffering and crying for help with his body being controlled and the others inevitably hurting him to kill the villain
- FL spending EVEN MORE YEARS going through space and time to save ML by changing timelines (close enough, welcome back Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint)
- FL and ML's tragic past in FL's first life (before Korea)
(Again, don't worry! There is still comedy among tragedy, especially in the end when they get to their happy ending)

LIKE, WHAT HAPPENEDDD
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT THOUGH. I wasn't expecting much from the manhwa, I just read the novel because I was curious about whether or not she was gonna tell her family about her past life. BUT THIS WAS SOO MUCH BETTER THAN I WOULD HAVE IMAGINED.
I'm a sucker for seemingly light stories turning tragic (with a happy ending), so this was absolutely in my taste!!
Still, this may not be everyone's cup of tea, so if you're expecting the manhwa's atmosphere to stay as it is you may want to mentally prepare yourself, after the current chapters it goes dark REAL fast!
I really recommend it though. The characters' thoughts and feelings are really taken into consideration (especially FL and her father, the duke! They and their relationship were the most fleshed out in the whole story), I can feel the love that the author put into the story and characters.

That's it, I just want to yap to other people when I finish something I like :D
