The genre is vastly different from Jinx, it involves themes like prostitution and politics, ofc its going to be toxic. The main characters are anything but that with each character other and have god-tier chemistry. You think what you want though

This is dumb lol warehouse is meant to be fucked up. The tags are literally psychological and mature. It’s meant to mess with your brain and even traumatize you. You remind me of the people who say killing stalking is bad. No it’s not bad. It’s meant to be fucked. People just saw two dudes fucking and think it’s abt romance and then they claim it’s a bad story. It’s not meant to be fucking romantic and lovey dovey. Killing stalking did its thing messing with people’s head just like warehouse. The authors r self aware using rape and SA and not normalizing it while jinx is meant to be romance and drama and fricking slice of life for crying out loud. So in jinx, rape is just randomly thrown into the mix because why not and that’s weird. Not like warehouse, considering the tone and environment of the story, those sensitive topics included are INTENTIONAL/PURPOSEFUL.
Your entire point is “oh normalized rape and SA is fine because there are other stories that includes these things in a higher degree of severity. But let’s just ignore the fact that some authors utilize these subjects to set a tone for their story like warehouse and pawn’s revenge while this lovely author just threw in rape and SA because she has 100% free will.” It’s just dumb lol. Just because a story has rape isn’t the problem. It’s how it’s being used in the story that’s the problem. Some are normalizing it while some aren’t.
