I actually think this is a step up from Back to School. Both characters were interesting, complex characters, more than just an infatuated bottom and a stoic top. This work also delves into problem solving in relationships which I like a lot because it provides really delicious character development. Back to School deals primarily with the problems from the antagonist and healing, but focuses mainly on the mc. This, however, focuses on both characters which makes the story a lot more complete and balanced. It makes the relationship a lot more dynamic. I still do like Back to School, but if I had to say which I like more as both a work and entertainment, then undoubtedly this. Just my opinion though
Why was it called rivalry? Where was the rivalry with the main couple? Actually could not stand the shallow MC the entire time. This was such a step down from the author’s previous work I’m shocked. Was back to school a fluke?
